I saw the movie for the first time again this year. The movie is so real and intense. Even though I was casually watching the movie. I became immediatlely and completely engrossed in the movie. The subtitles also enhanced the movie. I can’t believe this event happened more than 2000 years ago. It changed the world forever. It was quantum shift in our thinking. We’d be completely a more selfish world without Christ’s life demonstration of sacrifice, patience, and loyalty.
And today the battle continues to follow through on mission of Love. Christ demonstrated so well the power of Love. That is God’s greatest gift to us. I have to remember each moment how much I can contribute if only I can have only small amount of discipline and devotion to a purposeful life. I train as a Martial Artist and instruct others under a Great teacher and Great Grandmaster, Dr. Tae Yun Kim. I have the opportunity practice giving and helping others. Dr. Tae Yun Kim, is a great living example of how Christ lived his life– total unconditional Love and purposeful living.
I have seven principles which I strive to practice throughout my life. These principles are very helpful in helping me acheive my life goals.
Body, Mind and Spirit as One– My uniqueness as an individual, strive to maintain my inner balance and connection God
Truth— inner knowing of real self, and qualities like–right, wrong,–what really matters–family, love..
Purity–Very closely linked to truth–filtering out the garbage thoughts, practices–staying on course
Love—really truly practicing caring about myself and others in a loving but not selfish manner.
Loyalty—always honoring and maintain my goals and a good words
Sacrifice—always staying on course regardless on personal costs- for something that is really important for myself and others.
Patience—always have the inner fortitude to continue even if something is time consuming for a good purpose–I will stay engaged not give up.
I have over my life had the opportunity really be tested. The above principles have kept on track. I very much thank Dr. Tae Yum Kim for formulating these principle and provide such a great example how to integrate these into a her highly successful but very challenging life.

This is by far the most amazing thing I have ever seen!
Owls are pretty common where my Martial Arts teacher, Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim lives. In fact, you can hear them every night, and sometimes you see them sitting on top of the house, or swooshing down to catch their prey. And although they have been “cutsiefied” by the toy industry, they are full on birds of prey, very skilled hunters with few, if any, natural enemies.
On April 6th, so just a couple of days ago, I happened to be with Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim in her garden. She told me to get my video camera, and get it fast! Then she slowly pointed towards the back of the garden. This is what I saw:

I saw something—a miracle event recently that was really amazing. I will add a video of this event shortly. What happened is that a horned owl made surprise visit to the home of Dr. Tae Yun Kim. From a recent post I made, I referred to Dr. Tae Yun Kim as an angel. This event adds further evidence to that conclusion. Around Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s, home there are a lot of plants , trees, flowers and other natural flora. The owl landed in one of the gardens on a angel figurines. The owl was very much at home. Upon further investigation, Dr. Tae Yun Kim discovered that the Owl’s wing was damaged. It looked like it was broken.
Dr. Tae Yun Kim took quite a risk to pickup the owl and adjust its wing. Horned Owls are birds of prey. Their, wing span can be up go 6 ft. They are the biggest bird o f prey in the U.S.
The bird was then turned over to the Animal Control for reintroduction back to nature after recovering from injury.
Once again, Dr. Tae Yun Kim, the angel among us performed a miracle!!!

I have met a most unusual, refreshing and authentic person. I get to talk, listen and learn from her on occasion. I have access to her many books, and articles in hardcopy format. Much more information is available on the web–Facebook, blogs from others who have met her.
Why so unusual—
Well having known and observed her for more than 20 years, I come to the conclusion the she is indeed an Angel from Heaven. She has been honored with many honors and titles , yet she in uncommonly humble and consistently passionate about–helping others acheive that special connection with their Silent Master. In her writings, personal speaking engagments, television interview, and available avenues of expression her authenticity is blatantly apparent. Its so refreshing to know someone in my lifetime now who exudes this incredible energy.
So, I have to clearly say that Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim is that rare living Angel among us. Dr. Tae Yun Kim is a true example of how to live a life with that most incredible and intimate relationship with God. She is a true gift from God. Amazingly, she actionly applies whats she writes and talk about to her daily life. For example Dr. Tae Yun Kim is the CEO , Great Grandmaster of a very successful Martial Arts school –Jung Suwon Martial Arts Academy in Fremont, California. At a completely different end of the spectrum,Dr. Tae Yun Kim is CEO of a very successful high technology company here in Silicon Valley–Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions. She also has carved our time over the years, to engage in supporting countless charity events and community organizations. More recently she honored a Knight of Order of Constantine.
Who this person, My Hero
Dr. Tae Yun Kim, is my personal hero whom I strive to emulate many of her qualities. Dr. Tae Yun Kim lives these principle with each breath. In fact, Dr. Tae Yun Kim’s personal statements are ” Celebrate every breath” , “Celebrate Life” and “Embrace the Hurt and Pain for it will make you strong”!!
My other Heroes are Christ(super hero class), Dr. Martin Luther King, Arthur Ashe and Fredrick Douglas.

Dr. Tae Yun Kim, received a Lifetime Acheivement a awards from the Ethnic Hall of Fame on yesterday. I would like to express my Congratulations to Dr. Tae Yun Kim. This is indeed a great honor. Dr. Tae Yun Kim is really now just starting to acheive the recognition for her continuious efforts as a teacher, speaker, Great Grandmaster of Jung SuWon Martial Arts, and CEO of Lighthouse Worldwide(a high technology company in Fremont, CA).

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim told a large audience “I love America, the land of opportunity“. She explained that when she first came to America she got a job cleaning toilets at Howard Johnsons. She said she was overjoyed and so appreciative of it. She said in Korea she was made to clean toilets and then beaten. Here in America she cleaned toilets and got paid! Wow! Again and again GGM Tae Yun Kim shows us her perspective and it reflects her impeccable positive mental attitude.

Yes the impossible! How can paper break rock. How can a rolled newspaper break 3 free standing bricks? How can paper do this as a speed-break with no supports? Answer: It can’t. It is only the spirit that takes a hold of the rolled up newspaper and follows his master’s direction that makes the impossible now possible!
This is just a moment in the awesome martial arts training that I have received directly from our Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim. The Art of Jung SuWon that she founded really is an incredible experience. Body, Mind and Spirit 
are all involved and all work towards the same goal. Each recognizes the other. Each supports the other. Each is part of the same whole together.

Warrior Reflection: The Development of Stress Became a Review for Gratitude 04/01/2012

WoW!! That’s quiet a Day. You’ll had to rally you energies to meet you daily goals. You are indeed the Master of you life. YOU take your training and really apply it.
My day started with a troubling predicament: my car wouldn’t start, and I needed to be at Jung SuWon Demo Team Practice within an hour and a half! My head began to swim with different scenarios and possible ways of getting there. Feelings of dread, worry, and frustration were beginning to knock on my door. Why now? Why today? It was a little early to call and plan for a ride; people may be sleeping and I didn’t want to disturb them; I’m at least 10 miles or so away from the school; I have to make sure I have enough time to make it there in time; I tried getting in contact with someone, but didn’t get an answer; what do I do? I needed to be there.

Dr. Tae Yun Kim, on Saturday, March 31, 2012 received a Lifetime Acheivement Award from the Ethnic Sports Hall of Fame. I would like to join everyone in expressing my Congratulations to Dr. Tae Yun Kim. She has definitely dedicated her life to helping others in the Martial Arts sporting world over her lifetime. Within the Martial Arts community, Dr. Tae Yun Kim, has always been a pioneer. Women were not welcomed to the sport. Yet, she in 1978 took a Women’s team to the Pre- World Olympics in 1978. They metaled in Gold, silver and bronze. She continued to be a pioneer in a sport dominated by men. Over last 10 years, she is finally being accepted as a peer leader within Martial Arts. Dr./ Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim has established the martial Jung Su Won as new and proven form of martial Arts.
In businsess the World, Dr Tae YunKim has used her discipline, and creativity to establish a world class high technology company as a leader in its field. Congratulations!!Dr. Tae Yun Kim

We live in a challenging time. Stress, jobless, poverty, personal turmoil and all matter of distractions make it impossible to make that so called pursuit of happiness a real success. However there is a lady whose personal life is filled will living moments of success. Somehow she embraces the hurts and pains such that she can “Celebrate each Breathe”. I train as a Black Belt at her Academy ==Jung SuWon Martial Arts Academy in Fremont, CA. How can someone do what you what she does. She started with very humble beginnings in the far away place of South Korea in a tiny village home. Yet, today she is recognized as the Hope of her country, a Living Legend. I personally strive to emulate her consistent drive make each moment count. To her students, she is indeed an American Treasure.
Discover who she is. You too will discover how to Celebrate Every Breath! Each moment will count! For me I enjoy and treasure the relationships and presence of those near me so much more now!!

Movie–Thousand Words– is recommended by Dr. Tae Yun Kim
Eddie Murphy is excellent. The Storyline, and plot are excellent. I was surprised by the movie. Eddie Murphy has chosen some recent duds. It’s good to see him choose something with good quality content. See this movie!!!
